that, having been a cast member of a Disney television series in the late 1990's, and gaining a reputation for performing voices (notably Warner Bros. characters).

Little did I know what was yet to come. I met, through a mutual friend, a man named Anthony Shaffer. 
I have written about him elsewhere on this site, but I will say this: He had a profound impact on how I now approach, and respect, my responsibilities.


Many of the most successful people in this world fail nine of ten times, and must re-invent themselves several times over the course of their professional lives. It's our combined life experience that will shape us.


I'm a very lucky guy. I'm also a very talented and dedicated one. Give me a project, and you'll see how efficient - and fun - I am. I did mention I was fabulous, remember?

In 1994, I was the Art Director of a corporate award and championship awards company in Calgary. Our company was the first non-American entity to be awarded a major contract for a championship ring of a professional sports league. Being the lead designer on the team that produced the championship rings for the Houston Rockets was, to that time, what I considered the crowning moment of my career as an artist.


Why did we get the contract? Because I guaranteed my boss we could reproduce Houston's skyline on the shank of a ring. That had not been done before - but we did it. 'How' is a great story, so ask me about it.


I consider myself very fortunate to have been permitted to explore many different career options throughout my life (thus far). I started life, as so many youngsters do, dreaming of stardom and Hollywood. I did get a taste of
